Is there any other reservation information I can see in the XML message, besides occupancy and rate?

Yes, there are several other pieces of information you can choose to show, including:

  • Whether the guest is travelling for business or leisure
  • The name of the guest’s company
  • If they’re part of the Genius loyalty programme, and if they qualify for a welcome drink or late check-out

You can see this information by activating the ‘res_extra_info’ feature.
