We update our Connectivity product roadmap every year to add new products, solutions and updates to better meet your needs. We’ll focus on 16 new initiatives to enhance the Connectivity experience, increase efficiency and help you and your properties grow in 2024 and beyond.

Product improvements and upcoming launches
In 2024, we’ll be introducing updates and new products in several areas to further support you.
Foundational solutions
Foundational solutions are the capabilities that cover your properties’ most essential needs.
In 2024, we’ll enable the Payments Clarity Package in the Reservations API to provide transactional clarity and comply with legal requirements. To address feedback about the scale of the Content API, we’ll be splitting it into five standalone, self-certified RESTful APIs to be rolled out throughout the year. We’ll also continue our work to update the Room and Rateplan Management API to make it simpler and more consistent.
Keep an eye out for more API modernisation projects and endpoint updates on the horizon.
Performance solutions
Performance solutions are designed to level up your connected properties, increase bookings and grow revenue.
This year, we’ll add new APIs to automate and optimise payment processes, increase operational efficiency, streamline new property connections and more. We’ll add a new feature to the Room and Rate Plan Management API that enables properties to list additional products and value-adds such as spa services, parking, airport shuttles and other services. Plus, we’re updating existing APIs to collect feedback about property closures and to give properties clearer insights into their performance data.
Guest experience solutions
Guest experience solutions help to improve travellers’ experiences, allowing properties to achieve higher property scores, guest loyalty and more bookings. In 2024, we’ll add a new API to help properties get higher-quality bookings.
Platform improvements
Platform improvements are updates to the tools you use, such as the Provider Portal and Connectivity Hub – all with the goal of collaborating better.
We plan to update the Connectivity Hub to give you better transparency about our products and support your properties’ performance. There will also be a number of new solutions added to the Provider Portal to make it more informative, clear and actionable.
Reflecting on 2023
In 2023, we improved our Connectivity products and services in a few areas. Some highlights were the launching of two new solutions: the Connections Management Suite and the Reservation Recovery API. We also improved two of our existing APIs, including updates to four Rates and Availability API endpoints and one Room and Rateplan Management API endpoint.
Beyond our new products and updates, we improved our collaboration with you by launching a new API status page, modernising the provider portal and optimising the Connectivity Hub with features like article tags, feedback, enhanced search and more.
