Check if you achieved 100% migration to the new method?

To ensure uninterrupted connection to our APIs and to avoid disruptions to property operations, providers need to fully migrate all their old machine accounts to the new Token-method, i.e., make 100% calls via the new machine accounts.

Providers can confirm 100% migration by following the below steps:

1. Check migration status in the Provider Portal homepage. [Log in to Provider Portal]

2. If you are 100% migrated, you will see the below ‘Congratulations!’ banner and there is no further action required on your part.   

1. If you are not 100% migrated, you will see a banner such as below. Follow below steps to complete migration. 

Steps to follow if you are not fully migrated:

1. Visit the Basic Machine Accounts page [click here]

2. Check which Basic machine accounts are still making calls

3. Deep dive into the machine account details to see which services are making these calls
4. If these services are already migrated to new accounts, ensure that header is updated to Token-method and that the basic method credentials are removed from the request body (read step-3 of migration)
5. If the services are not migrated, kindly migrate them to new accounts (read here)
6. Disable the old machine accounts once 100% migration is achieved (read here)
